1. Data We Collect
When you sign up for an API key, we collect your email address. When you use the API, we log endpoint usage, request timestamps, and IP addresses for rate limiting and abuse prevention. The public dashboard does not require any personal information to view.
2. Data We Do Not Collect
Lucent does not collect wallet addresses, private keys, transaction signing data, or any information that could be used to access or control digital assets. We do not track individual portfolio positions unless explicitly submitted by the user through the Portfolio Scanner tool, and such data is not stored after the session.
3. How We Use Data
Email addresses are used for account management and service communications. API usage data is used for rate limiting, abuse prevention, and aggregate analytics to improve the platform. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.
4. Third-Party Services
Lucent uses the following third-party services: Supabase (database hosting), Railway (API hosting), Vercel (dashboard hosting), Upstash (caching), and Alchemy (blockchain data). Each operates under their own privacy policies. We do not share user personal data with these services beyond what is necessary for platform operation.
5. Cookies
The Lucent dashboard does not use tracking cookies. No third-party analytics or advertising trackers are present on the platform.
6. Data Retention
API usage logs are retained for 30 days. Market data collected by the platform is retained for 7–30 days depending on data type. Email addresses associated with API keys are retained for the duration of the account.
7. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your API key and associated email at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, all associated usage data will be purged within 30 days.
